The error causing a "Blue Screen" when pressing "F2" / starting the load
The error may occur due to a driver startup failure. In 90% of cases, this happens because of enabled antivirus programs or security features like "Kaspersky," "Avast," "Avira," "360 Total Security," etc. In rare cases, it could be abnormal issue that are only fixed by reinstalling Windows.
Uninstall antivirus software like "Kaspersky," "Avast," "Avira," "360 Total Security," etc. You need to completely remove the antivirus if you're facing this issue.
Completely disable / uninstall any Mouse / Keyboard related gaming software. "Razer Cortex, Razer Synapse, Coraseir RGB control, Amroury Crate". There have been cases where this helped in solving the problem.
