The loader does not run on startup
No response from the loader / Loader disappears from Task Manager after 3-4 seconds
First of all, you need to determine what causing the problem:
The build.exe process disappears from the Task Manager after 3–4 seconds
The build.exe process gets “stuck” in the Task Manager; the loader doesn’t open, and the process itself freezes for several minutes

Restart your PC and try again - in rare cases, a simple reboot fixes the issue
Install the latest DirectX libraries
Use a VPN before launching the loader
Completely disable the firewall
build.exe is stuck in Task Manager for an extended period
If the process appears “frozen” in Task Manager — leave it for 5–10 minutes. This is normal and is usually caused by slow file downloads from the server
To speed up the download process, you can use a VPN or follow the video instruction for switching the server
Completely disable the firewall
Sometimes starting the --diagnostic mode also takes time. Do not close the loader or restart it—each restart interrupts the loading process and starts it over!
